Jason brings 20+ years of experience across business, operations, and IT — a career shaped by roles at organizations including General Mills, Leggett & Platt, and Schreiber Foods. He works as Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Scrum Master simultaneously — in a single recent 90-day period, organizing 120+ meetings, collaborating with 50+ stakeholders across IT, engineering, R&D, and operations, and leading production system go-lives. That's not a job description; that's a consulting firm in one person.
