Clark Digital Advisors LLC ("Clark Digital Advisors," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit clarkdigitaladvisors.com, use our apps, or contact us, and how we use and protect it.
The short version
Our apps are local-first: the data you enter into them (inspections, mileage, quotes, certificates, tasks, and so on) is stored on your own device and is never uploaded to us. The only time an app talks to our servers is to check a Pro license, or when you explicitly choose to email a report. We don't sell your data, and we collect as little as possible.
Information you provide to us
- Contact form & email. When you submit our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message. Our form is processed by Formspree.
- Scheduling. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and the details you provide to schedule the meeting.
- Client intake. If you complete our client intake form, that information is collected through Google Forms.
- Engagements. If you become a client, we keep the business information needed to deliver and bill for our services.
Information from our apps
- App content stays on your device. Data you create in our apps lives in your browser's local storage on your device. We can't see it, and it isn't sent to us.
- License checks. If you upgrade to All-Access Pro, your app sends your email and license key to our license server to confirm your subscription is active. We store your email and license status to operate the subscription.
- Optional emailing. Some apps (such as SnapInspect) can email a report when you tap the button to do so. In that case the recipient address and report content are sent through our email provider to deliver the message — they aren't stored for any other purpose.
Payments
Subscriptions and project payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that directly and securely. We receive confirmation of payment and the email tied to your subscription so we can issue and validate your license key.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that helps us understand overall site traffic. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Service providers we rely on
We share information only with the providers needed to run our business, and only as needed: Formspree (contact form), Calendly (scheduling), Google (intake forms, email), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (analytics), and GitHub Pages (website hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide our services
- To operate subscriptions and validate Pro licenses
- To send transactional messages you've requested (such as a license key or a report you chose to email)
- To understand and improve our website and apps
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing email unless you've asked us to.
Data retention
We keep contact and client information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. App data is retained on your device until you delete it or clear your browser storage.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To delete the data inside an app, clear that app's data from your browser or device. For anything else, just email us at info@clarkdigitaladvisors.com and we'll help.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
